Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I noticed that supplying bytenuts -b B115200 /dev/ttyS7 resulted in not being able to com with the device. This is because of a typo in speed_to_string would set the speed to B1152000.
